Not getting my eyebrows or anything else waxed anywhere else again! My eyebrows have gone through a succession of therapists and never quite looked right. However now after a couple of sessions they have been trained beautifully and have even had comments on them for the first time ever! Took the plunge and had a Hollywood, and I have to say it was not nearly as traumatic as I thought it would be as previous not so invasive treatments left me with ingrown hair, spots and generally not looking that great. the ladies are all super friendly and very professional, I cringed as I got my bits out but was put as ease all the way through and left feeling a million dollars. The booking system is also a brilliant idea, no more forgetting appointments then having to wait for another week, they text you a few days before and one the day so you never forget. If you have multiple bookings for various things you can just book and forget about it. Be warned if you have a manicure be prepared to doze off! very relaxing hand rub!!!!

I have been a client for over two years now and can only say how pleased I am with the total professional and friendly way I have been treated by all of the girls there. Cannot recommend highly enough.
