At ‘The Zip Fit Zone’ we realise how precious time is so we aim to bring fitness to you - No Fuss No Frills - we just turn up, give you a supervised work out and leave you feeling energised and alert for the rest of the day. All you have to do is zip out the office. Our lunchtime sessions last for just 45 minutes, so you are sat back at your desk within the hour.
Our evening and weekend sessions last for one hour. The sessions start with a light warm up jog to the park, with no pressure or agenda to tire you out before you get there. We then do some joint mobility work and dynamic stretches, gradually moving in to a more intense 20/25mins exercise regime. We always finish with a stretch and cool down jog back to your work place. So, the sessions are a mix of Cardiovascular and Resistance work.
The Zip Fit Zone can happen wherever you want it to. If you have six or more work colleagues interested in getting fit outdoors and you have a park or an open green area within short running distance, we will come out to you and lead you on a journey to fitness. It may be that something is already up and running in your area (see below), which means you could come and join in as an individual, rather than waiting to get a group together.

The Zip Fit Zone currently runs lunchtime sessions around Victoria, SW1. A Zip Fit Instructor will meet you outside 76 Belgrave House, a well known office block, and take you in to Hyde Park for a challenging training session.
We also run morning and evening training sessions by Hyde Park Corner. (Nr Hyde Park Corner Tube station). All newcomers can arrange to meet their Zip Fit Instructor at the tube station 10 minutes before the session starts.
