Gorgeous spa, with lovely pool, sauna, steam room and relaxation room. Staff are so friendly and the treatments are amazing!

Love this spa, treatments were great and felt super safe. Just had a few issues with last min.com not telling us that the hotel was undergoing refurbishments. We were made to feel in the way by painters in the reception area and Kelly on reception was extremely rude and made us feel very uncomfortable. Otherwise our stay was as good as when I’ve visited before
We were welcomed warmly and shown all the facilities. The pool Jacuzzi and relaxation room were fantastic and not crowded. It's a pity sauna steam room and rasul were not open due to COVID. There were lots of towels available for use. The only annoying thing due to COVID was that we had to change at midday to go up to the restaurant for our tea. But the tea was yum so I didn't mind the extra walk for the food.
