Dirty, rude staff, terrible treatments: please don’t waste your money: the whole place smelt foisty and was so unclean.
Delightful day. Booking process was easy. Arrived to a warm welcome and explanation of how the day would go. Lovely pool area and conservatory with loungers. Treatments were great. Opted for the lunch which was delicious as well. Overall good value for money, great treatments and wonderful staff. Happy to recommend.
The spa needs lots of TLC, a bit grubby around the edges. Appointment had to be changed due to lack of therapists, no slippers provided had to be bought.
Not sure I would return
The facilities were fine but it needed a thorough clean, the floor was brown with muck which made it very difficult to enjoy myself. It was a gift for my mum and it was a complete disappointment.
The changing rooms were very very dated and dirty. We decided to shower at home as there was hair and dirt in the showers
The room was very cold and damp , had to turned on all the radiator, no heating in the bath room,it was not very inviting to use.
The room was clean
The spa was nice but you had to go outside to get to it , not a good thing in dressing gown and slippers.
The breakfast wasn’t up to much for the money,so overall the service wasn’t great only would give it 2 out of 5
