Norton house was really lovely and we felt we definitely got our moneys worth with a welcome drink, the treatment and a one course lunch which was all very nice. Staff were all great, if maybe a little slow at lunch. There were children playing in the pool later on but that didn't bother us. Overall a really great spa experience.
Really loved the facilities, wish we had spent longer at the facilities. First time I had tried the rasul treatment and don’t think it was for me. Would definitely come back and have a different treatment next time.
Lovely spa day with great facilities and friendly and obliging staff. Nice lunch but could have been more choices. Will definitely return.
Lovely relaxing day. Treatment was different and well enjoyed, more instruction would have been beneficial however.
Lunch was good and staff more than friendly and helpful.
