We wanted a relaxing day and that's exactly what we got. Facial was amazing.
I went here for a spa day with my mum, overall I had a good experience. The interior is a little shabby but the treatments and staff were good and I couldn't argue with the price!
I would recommend this the staff were brilliant very welcoming and friendly
First of all I must note that the massage therapist, Rebecca, was fantastic. She did a good job of making me feel relaxed both by talking quietly and the actual treatments themselves were very good.
A couple of things in which I was disappointed were that we had been told to arrive by 9am for treatments at 9.30 but when we arrived were told by the receptionist our treatments were not until 10 (minor point); secondly the spa day was listed as including towels, robe and slippers but we were told that the robes and slippers 'had not arrived yet' as we were going down to the pool area at about 12.30. We later saw the robes arrive at the desk around 2.15 (by which point we were almost ready to leave so there was no point going to get them).
Other than the issues noted above I did leave feeling relaxed but would not choose to return to this particular hotel spa.
