The Panacea at St Mellons Hotel

The Panacea Spa is set in suburban, secluded gardens, midway between Cardiff and the historic docks of Newport with easy access to both city centres as well as the local countryside and adjacent golf course.

Our impressive spa facilities include four luxurious treatment rooms, a private lounge, a tranquil relaxation room and private dining rooms. Our spa users have full access to our swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. A fully equipped gymnasium, dance studio and squash courts are also available.
