I paid £50 for Dermaquest customised facial, and it is for 1 hour. On my arrival 11:30 am, the front door is locked, and the shuttle is half way down. But their opening should be 10am? Ring the bell, one staff open the door . I was sitting and waiting for 10 to 15 minutes without any one offer me any drink or magazines . When I go to the treatment room. The staff asked me about what is my skin issues. I said I just booked for a facial for hydration my skin and I don’t know what is the best for me , as I can see they do a lot different facial. She suggested to do Microdermabrasion. I agreed. She start to clean my face, then used the machine for few minutes,then put one mask for 10 minutes, and some cream to finish off. Only half hour, every thing is done. I didn’t have anything to cover, not even a small towel on my neck for not to wet my clothes. When I asked her, she said because I agreed to do different treatment. But I looked on their website, there are NO half hour facial! And she didn’t tell me anything about the time or charge before the treatment. I don’t think this is half hour facial is worth £50. I didn’t feel any good about it , maybe the worst facial I ever had.

To begin with we discussed exactly what I want. It’s incredible value for money. I would definitely recommend the facial and teeth whitening.
I was very satisfied with my treatments and value for money. The staff were very knowledgeable, professional and made me feel at ease about new treatments. The clinic itself is abvery clean and calm environment. It’s a little bit out of my way, but worth the extra journey. I’ll be going back time and time again.
