Thought treatment was invasive and fiddly
Despite negative skin tests eyes stinging
Felt uncomfortable as no face mask worn for almost face to face treatment?
Left without treatment was offered free treatment but wasn’t happy to accept.
Very disappointing as I was hoping to try a local salon for future treatments.
