I booked this for my girlfriend and this was what she said: Tracy was so lovely and made us feel so welcome. Was the first time I had attended the salon and first time having facial. Tracy gave me really good advice around my skin and products that would be good for my skin, was so lovely to talk to and talked me through everything step by step, felt like I had known her years! Would 100% recommend!
