I booked in for an acrylic nail replacement & gel - this wasn't where I got my nails done originally but I had moved away from my previous salon and needed replacing prior to a holiday. She wouldn't file the nail down to the same length as the others - I told her several times it was longer but she thought it was the same and wouldn't go shorter - surely listen to the customer as its my nail? Unfortunately didn't have the same gel colour to redo but nothing she could do about that and I almost expected it by going to a different salon. Overall, did what I needed but not 100% happy. Shop was also a bit grubby, tools and table didn't look cleaned. Probably wouldn't return.

The plinth and towels they used were not clean! They had no facilities to “freshen up”. I felt like I was in a garage. Lady was lovely but I would not return for hygiene reasons

Staff were lovely, nails looked fine when I left. By the time I got home the gel had bubbled on my toes, it peeled off and underneath layer of hell was still wet
