I believe the acetone was different strength then what was used in the states so We weren't able to complete my service however I'm going to the blackheath location today to get shellac.

I had a Dermalogica Prescriptive Facial as I am prone to blackheads and dry skin. I knew what to expect as I have had facials before. Unfortunately the steam machine was not working therefore it was very difficult to do the extraction and deep cleansing. I must say the therapist did her best using the scrub and also offered a longer facial massage to make up for it, however without the steam the treatment was not as effective in purifying. All in all the massage was a pleasure and my skin is definitely smoother, but not worth the £60 I spent for a deep cleansing.
Classic Facials
Best massage I've had in London yet! the technique was skilled for the Swedish massage and whilst it hurt in places, it's meant to! I followed this with a relaxing Indian head massage where I feel asleep very quickly.
