Called to move my appointment to 40 minutes earlier, arrived and had to wait until my original time anyway. Wax was not great (no reflection on salon more on therapist) as have had very quick regrow and ingrowns which leads me to think a lot of broken hairs.

Interesting experience. I'd recommend for anyone to try this. Not sure if it will become my regular treatment but I will definitely pay a visit again
