I've come here twice now for the brow tint and shape with Zahnae. She's lovely, and really thorough with everything. Asked for my opinion, and whether I wanted anything tweaked. Really would recommend her.
Eyebrow & Eyelash Tinting
everyone was welcoming and was polite to us place was very clean and tidy smelled lovely too and very much enjoyed the two treatmemts we did have, but had infact paid for a spa package for two including complimentary drinks ie: juice, water or hot drinks and all we was provided with on arrival and in the treatment room was warm tap water not very great and was offered nothing else even thou being in the hot dome for half hour each, and although lovely music could hear very heavy footsteps outside so hard to relax otherwise was lovely massage was needed for a stressful weekend
Swedish Massage
Kristina did a very professional & thorough job of my wax. Not a single hair was left. She also chatted to me and put me at ease during the process and kept checking if I was okay.
It was a hot day and the window was open onto the street- I could see the faces of passing people whilst I had my legs akimbo (which was quite unsettling) and had to ask a few times to get the curtain closed.
The cleanliness of the place could have been improved but was certainly acceptable.

The treatment itself was good; slightly unorthodox as the polish was applied first before the scrub and dead skin work. Otherwise, it was nothing outstanding - I’ve had better. The tools were also not sterilised between each client. However, the worst bit was the ambience as what I thought was going to be a relaxing experience turned out to be extremely stressful due to an incident between another client and a member of staff. No fault of the staff, but it was extremely traumatic to have been almost dragged into that argument and having to sit there with people shouting around when all I wanted was to relax. The staff present (as the manager had left) had also not offered to provide any complimentary services or a discount for the next treatment even though I had to sit through that traumatic ordeal.
