I booked the treatment for the price featured on the Treatwell pricelist. At the end of my treatment at the venue however, I was told to pay a different price. This isn't the first time this had happened, so this time I had taken a screenshot of the booked price. They said their prices had changed since the day of the booking (5 days before). Even if the prices had in fact changed, I shouldn't be expected to pay anything different than the price confirmed to me at the time of booking. New prices should be applicable to new bookings, not existing ones (ie. travel tickets, hotel prices). All 3 ladies at the venue were looking at me like I was creating an issue & being difficult, instead of apologising for the confusion & taking it up with Treatwell to clarify the situation.
