lovely quiet place, really like the fact it doesn't get too busy at one time, food is excellent and would definitely visit again and recommend
Staff were very friendly and helpful, from booking on the phone to checking out. Rooms were lovely, very big and clean. Spa facilities were lovely, very relaxing and well kept.. rasul mud treatment was good fun and cleared up some acne too! Full body massages were absolutely amazing!
Afternoon tea on the day of arrival was spot on, and breakfast the next day was fantastic with a good choice of food. The carvery dinner however had some room for improvement, it was nice but could be improved with a larger choice of veg.
Overall would definitely recommend and come back again!
Fantastic hotel. Staff were absolutely amazing. Only issue was with the booking site who booked me in for the wrong package having charged me for a more expensive one. This was sorted out and the hotel compensated me but was left disappointed with the booking site
