Felt a bit like i was rushed in and out. Quick hair wash with no little head massage. My hair was cut very quickly and immediately dried. No questions like is this enough off etc. Very quickly straightened. Just felt like everything was done really quickly and didn’t really feel like i looked like i had got my hair done. Disappointing as all the staff were lovely and the place is lovely but will probably go somewhere else next time.

The new salon looks fabulous and so spotlessly clean! Very safe environment to be in. My massage was excellent, Michelle worked her magic with my very sore and tight muscles! Can’t wait for my next appointment!! Thank you

Had a great spa day. Were made welcome from the moment we got there and shown where everything was. Therapists were friendly and explained the process to us. Have had a hot stone massage before and this was definitely one of the best. Checked that everything was alright for us and spent extra time on troublesome areas. My friend is getting married there in a year and will definitely be getting more treatments before the big day. can't wait to return!

Had a lovely day, really enjoyed it .staff very friendly and professional. Great hot stone massage. Venue lovely. Afternoon tea was nice and served well but the cakes were hard. Would definitely recommend it and we'll be back as soon as possible
