Very friendly staff. Quality of my gel manicure is excellent and put at ease for my bikini wax. The gym is very busy and was noisy at times.

The spa workers left us for like 30 minutes to “relax” which was rather uncomfortable considering the room was as right next to a loud gym so struggled to relax. Also they offered us a drink once the treatments were finished but never came back and 20 minutes later after we had gotten dressed the drinks or staff were no where to be seen, we had to ask the man at the front desk and he just gave us canned cocktails from Asda. The massage and facial itself was nice but probably won’t return :)
