A nice tranquil atmosphere. It's good that clients can rest in the relaxation area after the massage, rather than having to leave immediately. The massage was good, although I thought there might be a choice of different oils depending on specific requirements. There is a form to fill in at reception, but no initial consultation with the therapist, so the treatment might not be as customised as you might expect - at least that was my experience. But it is a lovely way to spend a couple of hours.
