I booked my wash and blow dry at short notice and I’m so pleased I chose Textures. I had never been there before but I was very impressed with the service I received.

Waited half an hour over app time.
The shop is not at all clean.
Wanted roots brown to cover grey and rest red. Was going to charge extra £45 so had to do roots later at home.
Only had trim then at the end told me im to pay an extra £10 claiming my hair was below shoulder but it wasn't plus my hair is very fine.
He charged a regular £220 for colour on ends a trim and a fringe cut and blow dry.
I feel he doesn't get a lot of customers so unfortunately takes advantage of the ones he does get

It was actually a man haircut.
I had telly long hair with dreads sanj sorted them all out gave me good advice and done an excellent job on styling my hair very pleased with outcome and will continue to use sanj as my hair dresser
