2nd time with Tara, treated myself to an Aromatherapy massage (back, shoulders & neck) & an Indian head massage after a stressful week. Tara makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. Talks you through your treatment, leaves you to prepare, asks how you feel to select the oils, dims the lights & sets the pressure. I went in feeling tense & with the start of a headache. I left feeling completely relaxed, head clear, at ease & work forgotten about. Don't hesitate to book totally worth it!
