booked niss for my 10am haircut. they didnt open the shop until 10.15 even tho their hours start at 9. niss wasn't there. ended up having to wait 40mins for someone else to cut my hair. decent cut but this kind of service is bad & unprofessional

Asked for a curly blow dry, instead my hair was blow dried straight and then curled with straighteners - I had already paid £27 on treatwell for the blow dry, I was demanded to give an extra £20 for curling the hair? On top of this it was a terrible curly blow dry, I have had hundreds and this was by far one of the worst. I believe it may be due to the stylist as previously a male stylist did it properly and charged appropriately just an extra 5 or 10 for a curly instead of straight blow dry
