Szandra was absolutely lovely and made me feel very welcome throughout my appointment. However, despite mentioning that I preferred my eyebrows not to be thinned too much, one did end up a little thinner than I’d hoped. I also seemed to react to the wax used on my legs — they became red and itchy afterwards and have remained very irritated nearly a week later, which hasn’t happened to me before in many years of waxing.
