Hitanshu is an extremely knowledgeable sports massage therapist. I was in a lot of back pain before the session and felt great relief afterwards. Through various tests he discovered that I had some issues with my quads and hamstrings. He explained everything he was doing throughout, including the causes and good practice to alleviate pain going forward.
Hitanshu is also very friendly and chatty.

Hitanshu was absolutely a pleasure to work with! Great communication from start to finish and felt like I was on cloud nine after my deep tissue massage (could barely connect a sentence together from how relaxed I was 🥴) Pictures taken before and after the massage show clearly how effective Hitanshu's work is. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a sports massage and/or a musculoskeletal pain assessment 🌟
