Tazz did a very good job. I enjoyed the massage it was just what I needed. I will go back.
the lady was nice and friendly, she did the massage very well. Only problem was she wasted a lot of my treatment time going out of the room again and again,
i came to the salon on weds as it was my day off to relax, i walk in and the old lady who call her self taz or tara didnt bother making any conversation , i had to tell her i have a appointment , i happen to come to the salon 15 min early which she didnt look too happy about , her massage was a joke , she had no movement , she spent 15 min stroking my feet ! she didnt bother to ask how the soft or hard i want it , the room was cold and not clean, the room was very tight , i told her her my shoulder was hurting and she just did one movement the whole time , i book a deep tissues she did i massage that made no sense , the massage was just fast movements , she left the room 2 times , the phone kept on ringing , the oil was ice cold , people pls dnt be fooled by this salon coz it cheap, i rather put my money elsewhere . this lady who did the massage seriously need some hard core training. she dont no what she she doing. she defo need help in her customer service .
When I arrived, I was kept waiting quarter of an hour after my appointment time - I got there 10 minutes early so said to the lady that's it's my fault and am more than happy to wait until 6 but she was on her own and doing someone's hair so didn't get to me until 6:15.
When she did get to me, she didn't know why I was there and thought I had a Groupon voucher - I told her I had found her on Treatwell and had called earlier that day to book an appointment as I couldn't book a same day appointment through Treatwell. When I had called I had double checked that the price was the same as Treatwell, to which the person on the phone assured me it was, but when I got there the lady told me the person on the phone was wrong and it was actually over triple the price!! I told her that I had travelled for half an hour to get there and had already been told on the phone what the price was, and the woman went on her computer and checked the price on Treatwell and in the end she did it for me (telling me that her manager wouldn't be happy about it).
Once in the treatment room however, the massage was really good, and she did the full 30 minutes and good pressure (I find often you get about 20 minutes in other places after the clothes change etc). The only issues was that she didn't cover the top of my trousers so they had a lot of oil on them and I wasn't given a towel after the massage to clean off the oil from my back but I found one on the back of a chair.
Also, just a tip - a bit of music in the room would be nice - everyone loves a bit of sea waves and whale noises!
Overall - great massage but not the best customer service / attention to detail. Worth the money though & you get what you pay for!
My massage was lovely! I fell asleep which just shows how comforting it was and she didn't disturb me at all apart from aski me if the pressure was good. Perfect and would definitely visit again.
