First time going for a blow dry here. And it was so lovely. Loved the results!

I left the salon feeling like crying. I've been trying to let my hair grow and I've said so to the stylist. I've asked her to just trim it and we agreed on cutting about 2/3 inches of hair. Well, unfortunately she cut more than DOUBLE the amount, around 6 inches worth of length. I also had a eye brow thread, I just wanted my brows to look more defined, a tidy up, but she made them thinner than I wanted and asymmetrical. To top it off, they have a moody teenager at reception that didn't even say hello when I walked in.
