The overall experience made me feel great! The therapist Zara was lovely, inviting and knowledgeable on everything she was doing. Loved how she told me the ingredients, what she was putting on me next and also let me have my moments to relax and really enjoy the facial.
The salon itself is very basic, but you really forget about that when you shut your eyes and listen to the soothing music and warm room. The facial was excellent and will definitely be back for a back massage. My face feels refreshed and so smooth a week later. Really recommend.

Staff were friendly. Therapist asked where I had problems and tailored the massage to my needs. Products used seemed to be average/ low quality

Would have given 5 stars had she focussed more on the area I had told her was stiff and uncomfortable - instead she gave a standard massage

I arrived in good time for my appointment, but the salon was closed. I'd confirmed the time the day before by phone & received an email confirmation, but when I tried the number on the day, there was no answer. After waiting for 15 mins, I was about to give up and go home, when the chap who was to be my consultant arrived & opened up. The massage was ok, but the room was a bit grubby with frankly dreadful "chill-out" music playing, the back wax was fine and hair cut was ok, but the season was booked for 90 mins, was there for nearly 3 hours, and didn't feel that relaxed afterwards. Probably won't go back again.

Overall it was a good massage. I have left the Stratford salon relaxed after the massage, just what I needed.
