Not a great atmosphere - the hair wash area was cluttered and I found the staff quite unfriendly. Haircut was ok for a trim but I probably wouldn’t go here for something more substantial.

The friendly stylist asked what cut I wanted whilst washing my hair - she didn't look at it before or discuss how it sits.
About 6min into cutting my hair another person entered, waiting for my stylist. Another stylist asked my stylist how long they would be, she said 10min.
My stylist then rushed my cut and finished it uneven. I said that it was wonky, she cut a bit more off, quickly dried it and moved on.
My hair is still uneven and I was in & out within 28min - for a 1hr wash, cut & blowdry!

Viviana did such a good job! I came in with a bad haircut from another salon and she made it so so so much better! Felt relaxed the whole time, great price, very happy.

Polite manners, but the salon looked dirty and run down, there was no hot water.
