My hair looked lovely, but when went to leave, having paid already I was told the hair up option I had gone for was more expensive than what I had paid so had to pay extra. There was no option online to choose... Badly advertised.

When I got there, the salon had no record of our booking, neither blow dry turned out how we asked. I wish they had just said they didnt know how to do it before we sat down so that we could have asked for something different or gone elsewhere. Anyway the stylist did try to do it, however it dropped out within 15 minutes of leaving the salon and I was left with my hair sticking out in various directions for the rest of my Christmas day out. I was really disappointed with this is and it was the most expensive blow dry I have ever had.

The Salon wasn't very clean and changed since i saw it last they have pulled a lot of the features and partitions and nice elements down. the products they used weren't great, cheap shampoo and conditioner you can buy at your local Tesco type! The hairdresser was nice enough but her daughter and husband came to the salon and to work and mid straining hair put the straighteners on the floor and went to get them her wallet and they had a full blown conversation whilst doing my hair and thought she would burn my hair with the sytraighners! the blow dry was fine in the end and quick, but not the icest experence complare to other salons.

Hairdressers didn’t open on time, I ended up ringing Treatwell. The place was dirty. It was unwelcoming, had to wait 20mins before I was seen, and I was the first appointment of the day! The hairdresser was lovely and did a great blow dry, shame about everything else!
