Brillian massage, loved all the products. Good steam/sauna rooms,
Pool is a bit small. Would have liked more snacks, you are hungry if you spend 5 hours in a spa

A relatively small spa with very efficient staff, no problems re paying in advance etc. The treatments were excellent and the staff very professional and courteous.
Not that busy

Fantastic massage a treatment - great facilities in perhaps London's grandest hotel.

The facilities were excellent and clean. However the pool was small and unless it's empty it feels a little uncomfortable to be quite close to people. I did enjoy the facilities overall.

It was really nice. The only thing was that we expected some warm water jacuzzis. But on the whole it was a great experience.

Very clean, with a lovely ambiance. The attention to detail was superb, the drinks and snacks available fitted to the theme the spa provided. At times we were unable to get the jacuzzi to work and we had a slight confusion at the start where the staff thought we hadn't paid but we paid online, however this was resolved easily.

Booked spa facilities only pass for £40. Facilities were ok, but feel it was expensive. We had use of the pool, sauna and steam room. We perhaps would of enjoyed more if we had booked treatments or afternoon tea, next time we shall.

PLEASE DO THIS DEAL AGAIN!!! I visited the spa for the day pass for one, mid-week and I can honestly say it's the best spa experience I ever had! I was the only one there for the first part of the morning which made it even more special. The facilities are beautiful, this really is a chance to feel truly relaxed and pampered. Staff were friendly. I ate in the hotel which was expensive as you would expect from a five star but well worth it. There's places nearby if you fancy a cheaper lunch. Hairdryer and straighteners provided along with towels, robes and slippers. No need to take shampoo, conditioner and shower gel as this is provided. Steam, sauna, pool, gym are available. A brilliant experience. Hotel is stunning, spa is gorgeous. Loved it. Cannot fault it in anyway. Would love to go back.
