If you’re expecting a spa environment - forget it. It’s a little cupboard/treatment room between the men and women’s leisure centre changing rooms. The room is cramped and dingy. It’s noisy with hoovers, hair dryers and people talking loudly. The facial was fine. A bit slap dash - facial massage was good but overall very unorganised and lots of stop/starting. Overall Dermalogica products are good so if you’re after just a good quick clean face go for it but the £50-£70 that they charge is HUGELY off for the experience you receive.
