What lovely staff , nothing was to much much , I will visit again . Great afternoon tea , & massage .
Loved it .
We arrived at the hotel but they were unable to find out booking, however they assured us they would give us a room, gave us a room upgrade, free drink and late checkout if we wanted. The staff could not have done more for us. Our spa treatments were amazing, the grounds and buildings are lovely to walk around and the food was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this hotel and the value for the sunday spa night was amazing too!!!
The room we where put in was tired and in need of redecoration.
The food and service was fantastic.
Half spa day was. Nice, although 40 mins treatment flew by I wish it were longer. I think the lunch was a little disappointing considering it was included as we had to get drinks separately
Not a relaxing experience. The pool was overcrowded with children water bombing and crying babies which made it quite an ear splittingly painful and depressing spa visit. The children swimming times seem quite frequent given it's sold as a spa hotel for relaxation. That said, the massage treatment itself was great and the spa manager was extremely friendly.
