I had an amazing stay! All the staff were friendly and the hotel was super clean and afternoon tea and breakfast were superb!
Facilities were clean and loved the ice grotto, little disappointed that there wasn’t a jacuzzi but not really a big deal.
Treatments were good, and generally happy with everything inc. value for money.
We did actually try to change the date due to a pretty serious family emergency, due to policy this wasn’t allowed (we ultimately understood) however, we were told by a staff member initially that we would be able to which got our hopes up. A couple of others were a little rude..
Booked this for my fiancé’s birthday. The treatments were amazing felt so relaxed! And the food was amazing think I put on a stone filling my face. Our tv wasn’t working in our room however the staff really made up for it and offered to move us, we declined as was too much to pack and unpack they therefore offered us free drinks with our dinner. Would really recommend this hotel to people and will defo be booking again.
