Treatment by Mariela. Absolutely brilliant considering thermal spa was closed. I was very apprehensive as this is done in the thermal spa. The therapist was really attentive. She wore a mask asked if I was comfortable, if she should wear gloves or not. Really pleasant experience, considering the current climate. She did an awesome job. The facial was a pleasant experience along with the brilliant massage. The body scrub was the best.

This was my 2nd visit for the same treatment. I couldn’t fault the experience received on my 1st visit, but 2nd time round was not as good.
The therapist seemed to be in a hurry, not taking her time (as one would expect at a spa) which spoiled the experience. I was not asked to wash off the black soap in the shower as I had done on my first visit. Once the treatment was over, the therapist informed me that she was very busy backed up with clients so she would need to prepare the room for the next client, whilst I was still getting dressed. Perhaps I’ll stick to booking appointments earlier in the week and see if that’s when the experience is better.

Went on a ladies only Tuesday. Wasn't too busy and I was also able to book a body scrub on the day which was amazing. Really enjoyed spending a few hours in the spa to unwind and get away. Would definitely go back.
