It's a very nice, relaxing place, especially the heated light room, which focuses on my back pain area. However, the spa was not functioning in massage mode; it only had warm water. After the spa, I tried the face treatment. Afonso was very nice and professional; he assessed my skin problems and used Caudalie products to clean and hydrate my skin. The whole process was so good.
Steam and Sauna Therapy
It is a small spa but has all the resources needed - everything was well stocked and any issues sorted really quickly. A nice one for a short but sweet relaxation.
Would say to look for a quiet time if possible otherwise the sauna and jacuzzi can have limited spaces very quickly.

Nice and relaxing experience. The sauna and steam room were exactly what I was looking for, hot and enough space. A nice surprise was the ice fountain. And, finally dont rush at the end, take a nice rest on the very comfortable sofa in the entrance room
