I felt the beautician was a little inexperienced and nervous and therefore took a little more from the bikini area than expected.

Even though i had emails confirming the time for 2pm ,when we got there the booking was wrong in there books , they toled us we would have to change the day or wait two houts for our treatments even though it was there fault. The massage was so bad my friend and myself had bad backs for a couple of days , not so relaxing!
