From the moment you enter the spa you begin to relax.
Free tea and coffee while you fill in your details and then a guided tour around the facilities.
Pool area has beds for you to relax, fabulous hydrotherapy pool and steam and sauna rooms.
Fabulous relaxation room, comfy beds with throws to snuggle under while you listen to the wall of water. Very good treatment,massage while lay on a heated bed.
Afternoon tea is to die for,generous amounts of high quality sandwiches and cakes.
Staff were all super friendly and helpful,really fab day.
Went for spa day that included 25 minute treatment & afternoon tea.
The spa is modern bright & spotlessly clean. We loved the hydrotherapy pool & crystal steam room. We also loved the relaxation room with the wall waterfall. My friend & I both had express facials & were very impressed with the standard of the treatments. Robes slippers & fresh soft towels were provided and you could keep these on whilst enjoying the afternoon tea as this was served in the spa cafe bar. The tea was delicious. All staff were friendly & helpful & everything was well organised for our day.
Couple of things to be aware of. There are no private cubicles in the changing area which may be a problem for some people & the pool is open to children after 2 pm. We thought the price for wine etc was excessive.
Overall though my friend & I were very impressed with the place. We had a fabulous day and will definitely be returning.
A lovely experience from start to finish. We struggled to get a bed around the pool after our afternoon tea and there were quite a few children in the pool which was not as relaxing as we would have liked (we hadn't realised some schools were off this week). Staff were attentive and friendly and being offered a dry towel was a welcome touch. Afternoon tea was delicious and we were both very pleased with our facial. On s personal note, we have been here before and preferred the robes which were towelling previously compared to the thin ones this time. Overall we would highly recommend this spa experience.
There was only one toilet working the in the changing room. The mirror was badly worn and needed replacing. I could not use one locker and most of the others were in use. Very strong odour of chlorine when entering the Spa. My treatment with Emma was perfection personified, unbelievable. I would return to have the same treatment with Emma and cannot praise her highly enough
A perfect gift from my husband to my daughter and myself,a very relaxing day with nothing to much trouble from all the staff we met,
Afternoon tea was substantial and the spa treatment was first class,we will hopefully be coming again if I can talk my husband into another treat.
