The spa has a lovely atmosphere and is very clean. We had a really lovely day here. I would say however the rasul mud treatment wasn’t like the mud I expected, a bit more like frog spawn and quite cold to apply to your body .. but once over the texture thing I had a fun time and my skin felt lovely afterwards. Plenty of complimentary teas and water at hand and our lunch (coronation chicken wrap and fries) was more than sufficient in size and very tasty.
Great day out and super value for money. Facilities are new and clean and the staff were spectacular. Really enjoyed the entire experience. Shower was not working poolside and whirlpool was a bit tepid - but these were only minor inconveniences on an otherwise great day.
