It was ok, felt a bit clinical, like it was in a corporate training facility. Gym was good, well equipped. Pool was nice but not enough seating. The floor was a bit uneven so big puddles would form on the floor which everyone walked through with their bare feet and then the water would just sit there which turned my stomach a bit. Treatment was ok but started ten minutes late and finished on time so felt a bit shortchanged. Wouldn't go back.
Had a lovely spa celebrating my daughters 21st, staff were friendly and very helpful and food and treatment was lovely. Only downside was small changing rooms, not enough lockers and not enough loungers to be able to sit round the pool which became very busy with families with young children at 3pm
Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely hydro-therapy pool, sauna and steam room. I also loved the heated loungers around the pool. There is a separate spa lounge upstairs where you can have complimentary fruit juice, water or hot drinks. Free robes, towels and slippers to use. Will definitely return.
Was a fab offer. Lovely facilities. The complementary drinks were much appreciated. We didn’t fancy the spa meals on offer so we ordered sandwiches from the bar menu and they were very happy to accommodate this in the spa lounge.
A lovely day, the facilities are excellent, stafff lovely - really makes you feel thoroughly relaxed and pampered.
