Waited for 10 minutes outside while door was locked because the two ladies must had been having a chat. Therapist clearly didn’t want to be there and kept complaining about sitting down for too long. Poor choice of colour options, terrible manicure - uneven and aggressive filing. Did not get full service that I pre paid for as apparently I didn’t book take off for shellac (this was not an option so I assumed was included). Threading not done how I requested. Annoyed I pre paid as would not have

One if the best mani pedi I have had in London ever - and I have had a lot!! Definitely worth going here. Reasonable too.
