Keerti was lovely and accommodating. It was disappointing that they had run out of my CND colour and it still had not been ordered in. I had to compromise with a different colour which I wasn’t entirely happy with :(

Lovely and helpful therapists however the salon environment is unsatisfactory. The toilets were not working, the basement was recently flooded and smelt of damp with mould everywhere. The stock is limited and they always run out of my CND nail colours and products. The only reason I return is because the therapists are so attentive and do their best to please the customer.
I booked a 45 min tailored facial and it only lasted 30. The lady was nice but she did not even ask me what my goal was and she did not explain which products she was using at any point. I would not come back
