I found the treatment bed to be very hard - especially the head rest - which made it difficult to relax. The therapist was very competent.

Rushed job - completely asymmetrical and wax was way too hot. I know have a burn. Just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. Had to go somewhere else to get it fixed/finished. Horrible experience
