The treatment was supposed to be 45 minutes and I was in and out in under half an hour so I felt ripped off. The products did not feel luxurious, felt like something I could have bought myself. Was not at all relaxing as it wasn’t in a private room, just a patrician wall so you could hear everything in the main salon. Disappointing waste of time as I’d previously got my nails done there and they were great. Would not recommend.

I had a 10:40AM appointment. It was very busy. I arrived on time but didn’t get seen straight away. I had to move because there were a lot of customers and only 4 nail bars. I was here for over 2 hours and my nails are bloody and not in a very well cared for appearance. I will not be coming here again.
