So when I arrived I couldn’t find the door, it took ten minutes of texting/ calling for someone to come out and even though I booked a £120 facial, she ducted the time off my treatment. I was then sold a really dodgy bottle of face wash for £32 (the outside packaging looked nice) inside the box was this cheap looking almost fake looking wash. The therapist was nice but the place isn’t. I wouldn’t go again
