I am a regular spa customer in general and decided to give this clinic a try, i did not have a good experience with Skin Helath SPA, well at least not at this particular branch. The staff member i spoke to on the phone was rude, had poor telephone manners. I do not recommend going to this branch at least from my experience with them. You are better off paying more for a better treatment and service at another Spa.

Service is awful and it seems like treatments are not monitored as they should be. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Worse experience in my life. they are unprofessional , lie to the customers and completely unethical. I had a voucher worth £300 and they wanted me to discount only what i paid for it £95. I won't recommend this place at all to anyone and wouldn't come back for any treatment

Very quick and painless session at Skinhealth Spa. The staff made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. Looking forward to my next session of laser hair removal.

Had a deal for a choice of facial up to £75 for £29. Spoke to the receptionist when booking who said would be best to discuss which facial with therapist on the day to pick the best one for my skin needs. Got there, and was told I'm having the anti ageing facial. I'm 23?!! Explained that I hadn't picked one yet but explained what I was looking for mentioning the glam glow facial I'd seen on there website. Therapist agreed we should do that without even looking at my skin. Facial lasted all of 20mins. Literally just a mask and moisturiser applied! Mask was on for 10mins then I was out of the door. I asked if that was it and she listed all of the things she had done, basically cleanse, mask and moisturise, which wasn't even true as she applied the mask straight away after establishing I didn't have any make up on. Considering the mask cost £33 online for a whole tub I could've done this treatment at home by myself at least 5 times, complete rip off! Won't be coming back!
