About
Andrei completed an MSc with Distinction in Sport and Exercise Therapy and a BSc Honours First Class in Sports Science. He is specialised in sport related injuries and has been helping athletes as well as individuals from the general population through nutrition support, strength and conditioning and injury rehabilitation programmes. He is also fully qualified in sports and deep tissue massage.

Sarah holds a BSc in Physiotherapy, graduating in 2020 with a first class honours degree. Alongside her private work with us, she is also a rotational physiotherapist within the NHS, currently working for Leeds teaching hospital trust. She is skilled in writing rehabilitation programmes and massage therapy. She also has a certificate in pilates from the APPI. Sarah is registered with the Health and care professions council (HCPC) so you maybe able to claim back all or some of your treatment using your health plan or insurance scheme.

BSc (Hons) Sport & Exercise Therapy The centre is headed up by Steve Jarman who since graduating from Leeds Metropolitan University with a BSc in Sport & Exercise Therapy, has worked with the Sports Science Team at Bradford City FC & York City FC. As with the rest of the team, Steve creates fully personalised treatment plans for athletes, part-time gym goers and clients with occupational injuries alike, enabling each to return to full physical fitness.

YO1Wellness Leeds specialises in injury treatment, rehabilitation plans and personalised sports massage and deep tissue massage from their private treatment room within Condition Gym, Leeds Dock (close to the Royal Armouries). 2 HOURS FREE PARKING ON THE ROADS AROUND LEEDS DOCK.
The centre was founded by Steve Jarman who since graduating from Leeds Metropolitan University with a BSc in Sport & Exercise Therapy, has put a firm footprint in the area for results based, high-quality therapy.
Open Monday through to Saturday until 8 pm weekdays and 2 pm weekends. YO1Wellness Leeds also offers student discounts.
