Hey! I’m Roshni Chouhan (aka Rosh) I’m a passionate nail specialist with a deep love for natural nail health and expertise in Prescriptive Manicures, Russian Manicures, Minimal Clean Nail Sets, Medical-Grade MediHeel (including Callus & Hard Skin Removal), Natural Nail Health and Natural Nail Allergies. Born and raised in Leicester, I’ve always had a fascination with natural nails. What began as a personal interest has grown into a fulfilling career that I’m proud to share with my clients today. My journey started back in 2019, right before my brother’s wedding. Like many others, I booked an appointment at a highly-rated salon, expecting clean, beautiful nails. Unfortunately, the experience was the opposite—it was unhygienic, the strong chemical smell gave me a headache, and the treatment left my natural nails sore, bruised, and weak. Not only did the nails look thick and heavy, but my overall health and comfort were ignored. That experience lit a fire in me. I realised there was a real gap in the industry for nail services that truly prioritise natural nail health. I wanted to change the standard—offering services that are not only professional but safe, hygienic, and tailored to each client. My mission became clear: to guide clients on a journey towards healthier, stronger natural nails, while delivering results they can see and feel. With just a beginner’s kit and a basic gel qualification, I began practicing on family and friends. Soon after, I launched my Instagram, built my brand Sitaarä Nails Leicester, and started taking on new clients—all while working full-time in the NHS and dedicating evenings and weekends to nails. It wasn’t easy, but my determination to raise industry standards kept me going. Fast forward to today, and what started as a small dream has grown into something bigger than I ever imagined. I currently hold 7 professional qualifications in Gel Nails and Pedicures at a Salon Gold Standard, and I continue to invest in ongoing education to stay at the forefront of the latest standards and techniques. Because for me, it’s not just about doing nails—it’s about giving my clients the very best, every single time.
