I came early and fair enough the room wasn't ready but then my treatment started almost 15mins late! I have been for countless massage and the was by far the worst. It should be called an oil rub. I asked her twice to actually go into the muscles and press harder when she asked me about pressure but no. I should have guessed when I saw she had only one side to work with as the bed was pushed up against the wall and there was a chair and something else at the head so she could even get to all my muscles. I did get the full time I paid for though. A lot of oil simply rubbed into me. She asked so I told her the one area I'd really like to work on and that got very little attention. I reiterated I wanted just neck and back but she kept doing my arms down to my hands. Will not be going back nor recommend.

They are so unprofessional. They did the wrong wax and tried to charge me £25! I ended up paying £15 but honesty theyre customer service is APPALLING. I only go out of necessity.

Been using singhar for years. Facial was good except would have expected better extraction (which I did at home afterwards).
