Great service as usual- staff a re felxible when you're running late which i always am. Fast service and staff are happy to squeeze in extra services if you ask them. Also they have special offers such as 5 hollywood waxes for £50 when you buy in store- that's £10 a wax such a bargain!
Ladies' Waxing
When I got there for my appointment, someone had written it for the day after. Kindly another employee said she was free so could do it for me.
I felt like it took longer than other times I had my wax done, but that wasn't a major.
Afterwards I was leaving and I was questioned about paying, even though I had paid on Treatwell at the time of booking. They asked how much I had paid and was sceptical about the price since I used a promo code. Their internet wasn't working, so I had prove it to them on my phone. I feel like this should have all been recorded with my booking.
