I was left waiting outside the venue with the doors. I tried calling the venue & knocking until someone came & let me in. The woman was rude, didn't say hello or do a temperature check. The staff member was confused about my booking asking me repeatedly what time and how did I book.
For £40, the massage was below par. The therapist didn't even do the standard stretches you would expect. I've had better thai massages at non thai spas. I didn't get the full hour aswell because they started late.

The best aromatherapy massage. So good that I'm booking another for next week. It was a really warm day and Mind kindly put a fan on and kept checking I wasn't too cold. The massage was one of the best I've had in Manchester.
